The kayaks looked quite worn. the breakfast was also basic. i thought there could have been more fresh options. The muffins seemed like they were from a box. the porch railings really need some attention. Some were rusty and looked like they might come apart. i would have felt safer with sturdier railings.

the location on the water was acceptable.
I found the room quite disappointing. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, there was no exhaust fan. the breakfast was also very poor.

the beachfront location was very peaceful restaurants were also close by. the grounds were beautiful i especially loved that i could fish right off the dock. the pool was a nice addition too i swam in it a lot. the long chairs on the beach were great.
the breakfast options were not great i think they need more hot dishes. the kayaks were in very poor condition it was disappointing. the porch railings were rusting and falling apart it didn't look very safe.
